These are the terms a True Eira order runs on. Digital editions arrive through the order record; physical objects are made only when ordered and ship within the United States.
Who you are buying from

The seller of record is True Eira LLC, operating from Fort Collins, Colorado. It is the party you are buying from and the party responsible for the order.
Payment is processed on the account of Teneo Publishing LLC, the publishing company under the same ownership. Your card statement reads TENEO PUBLISHING — that is this purchase.
Digital editions and delivery
Settled
A digital edition is the complete book in the formats named on its page. The files are delivered from your order record immediately after payment, by links signed to your order.
Keep your order reference — the order page reissues fresh download links whenever you return to it. There is no shipping, no shipping charge, and nothing physical to wait for.
Returns and refunds

Digital editions: if the book is not what you expected, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we refund it. A refund revokes the download links — that is the whole trade, stated plainly.
Physical objects are made to order. We replace or refund items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective when you contact us within 30 days of delivery. For a shipment that never arrives, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Include the order reference and clear photographs when the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Because each physical object is made for the order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or an incorrectly chosen size. Check the selected variant before payment; if we made or sent the wrong object, we make it right.
A refund recorded against an order appears on its record immediately. How long a bank takes after that is the bank's timing, not ours.
Tax

Prices are in US dollars, as listed. No tax is added at checkout today; if that changes for your jurisdiction it will appear at checkout before you pay, never after.
Support

Support is a person, reached through the form below. Include your order reference and the reply goes to the email you give. Order state itself never needs an email — your order page is the live record.
Made-to-order objects and shipping

The field uniform and wall archive are made to order by our connected production partner after payment. We do not hold artificial stock and we do not show concept objects as purchasable products.
Generated campaign imagery sets the world of the object; it is art direction, not documentary product photography. Each product record also carries the production partner's literal product reference for color, construction, and fit.
Physical orders currently ship only to United States addresses. Standard shipping is included in every displayed physical-product price, so checkout does not add a shipping fee. The order record gains tracking when the production partner reports the parcel shipped.
Email and consent
Settled
An order email and marketing email are different things and are kept separate. Buying something does not subscribe you to anything, and no purchase enrols anyone in a sequence.
Reading a study, using a reading path, or browsing the catalog asks for no email at all, and each of those is fully usable without one.
